Skyway Software provides a broad range of support and maintenance services to help our customers with planning, implementing, using, and upgrading Skyway Visual Workspace. With the recent release of Skyway Visual Workspace version 5.0, our Customer Care Program includes expanded features to ensure ongoing performance of your Skyway solution – and deliver the maximum benefit to your business. Skyway’s Customer Care Support System utilizes salesforce.com technology to provide you with the following:- Real-time access to resolution status through an integrated, searchable knowledgebase, including access to resolution status of support cases filed by other users
- Quick issue resolution via auto-escalation rules, which ensure cases are handled in the most expedient manner
- Automated resolution-status notifications via email when details about a support case are added or changed
- Improved usability by allowing support-case attachments (up to 5.0Mb) and by automatically creating new support cases directly from the Skyway Builder desktop
